Roles and Responsibilities of Zumba instructors

Zumba people should eat and suggest various choices in food items, to keep the energy level while dancing. A zumba instructor should guide a proper diet chart to the students. A daily diet should contain 20% carbohydrates, 15% dairy products, 30% vegetables and fruits, 20% proteins and 5 % sugar intake.
With nutritional intake a zumba dancer will be active during practice sessions. He must take and recommend whole grains, carbohydrates, proteins should be of less saturated fat and dairy products should also be fatless. They should also drink plenty of water, to stay hydrated.
Zumba trainer should take recommendations and advice from doctor, for a proper diet chart before handing over it to his students.
Some other roles and responsibilities are:-

- To Plan, maintain and update appropriate, learning of style and strategies needed, in addition of other materials and activities.
- Selecting best DVDs or CD’s, updating music lists time to time for the practice hours, to develop interest in zumba.
- To perform on-going assessments of each individual in the room.
- To employ society members for program if there is a need.
- To maintain a working budget for whole program, and monitor systems of live dance and play studios.
- At first they need to instruct fundamental steps to the students and later should train them the difficult steps so that to keep developing there moves slowly in an interesting and curious manner.
- Need to describe how weight loss and managing stress is good with the help of modern techniques.
- Must plan some training programs in Zumba to maintain a peaceful and joyful environment, in the room.
